Each year, we participate in the "Face of a Child" project which brings the love of Jesus to thousands of orphans and needy children in Moldova.  We fill backpacks/bags with school supplies, athletic shoes and everyday essentials. Our completed backpacks/bags are gathered and sent to Moldova.  Each individual or family that fills a backpack receives a photo of the child and will be praying for that child during the year.  Talk with Jeanne Gunning for details

FACE OF A CHILD PROJECT 2011

The Face of a Child Project is a unique customized project that meets the needs of children in government orphanages. Each year the scope of the project changes to address different needs such as winter coats, shoes, school supplies, backpacks, sweatsuits, etc. Each child receives a gift with his/her picture attached to it. Families, groups, individuals, churches, clubs, hospitals, and businesses participate in the Face of a Child Project to improve the lives of children in government orphanages and impoverished villages. For those of you interested in participating in the 2011 project, below is the necessary information to get you started.
